Paris, Heaven for Foodies and Heiratage Lovers - Cathédrale Notre Dame de Paris

Cathédrale Notre Dame de Paris is considered as a typical example of Gothic architecture. I learn this church because of The Hunchback of Nortre-Dame, a famous work by Victor Hugo.

The church is so well-known that it took me around 30 miniatures to go into it.

Love the lines, which are classic, balanced and harmony.

Beautiful pillars and lights.

Can an open stained glass open your heart?

Appearances of the risen Christ.

A model showing how the church was built. Not sure if the workers could foresee many important events have happened in it.

Finally I could manage to get a full view of the church.

You can explore the church in detail by joining the guide tour. Pity I didn't have sufficient time to do so.

The church is on Île de la Cité, one of the two natural islands on the Seine.

A book stall and a performer along the river.
