Paris, Heaven for Foodies and Heiratage Lovers - Meals with Love

To a large extent, I have a very enjoyable trip because of my friend's warm reception. Sometimes, my friend even prepared meals for me, made me feel like home. I do feel thankful for everything my friend did.

Canned food in France can be gourmet dishes rather than something simply for biological needs. With my friend's cooking skill and patience, the canned duck confit became a delicious dinner. Using the duct fat in the can to pan-fry the confit is the secret to ensure it taste good.

Fried egg with tomato, a very common dish in Hong Kong but not so common in France. The European tomatoes contributed to the sweetness of this home dish.

Baked chicken legs in French style. Spices enriched the flavors and the oven heat turned the skin into crispy texture.

My friend spent effort on every dish, including instant noodle. This bowl concluded my trip in one word - Happy.
