The Great Ocean Road - Episode 8: Good Morning, Lorne

Day 2: Lorne

Another sunny day.

Early birds get worms. I wanted to continue my trip quickly. Yet, the chauffeur was very laid back. "It's holiday. Why not enjoy breakfast in this beautiful garden?", the chauffeur suggested.

So we had breakfast in a garden with colourful flowers, the chauffeur's favorite, and a little visitor.

After long long time, the chauffeur finally decided to move. Well, the first check-point was the motel. Many treasures awaiting us, say this fireplace which worked in winters.

This signage shows what can do, what cannot do and what should be aware of.

The smell of ocean was very refreshing.

Could the boardway guided us to the heart of the ocean?

The whale explored all the places to  advise the right directions.
