Marina Sands Bay Singapore, a luxury hotel and entertainment hub welcome us when we got out from the MRT station. You can pay to have a bird view from the sky garden at the rooftop. But I prefer to save the money for other things. By the way, Gardens by the Bay is a good shooting point for the hotel. The sun set view is the most attractive in my eyes. We missed a lighting show at 8pm but it's said it's fine to skip it.
Featuring the Avatar-like silver leaf sculptures, Gardens by the Bay has attracted tons of tourists as the government planned. As budget travelers, we didn't pay to visit the 2 green houses or to broad on the observation bridge.
I planned to visit the Art Science Museum after several shots. However, my friend liked the night view of the new attraction. We finally spent more than an hour there and watched the show, “Listen to the Forest”. It's a lighting show backing with music. The color of lighting keep changing to reflect the emotion of the forest. It's quite interesting at first but becomes a bit boring after a few minutes.
The bridge links to the Gardens by the Bay is a very good photo shooting point. The lake in the gardens brought a twin brother to the Singapore Flyer.
A bit late to go to the Lego exhibition in Art Science Museum after watching the lighting show. A tiny pity to me. Let's see if I can catch it up somewhere later.
