Certainly I picked my favorite uni (sea urchin). The freshness, sweetness, and tastefulness of this whole uni definitely made my day.
In comparison, this big oyster was so so. The sauce was probably Japanese fish sauce.
It's the time to have cooked food. This freshly grilled scallop was yummy. Happy to have nice seafood for lunch.
