Sharjah the Local - Blue Souq (The Souq Al Markazi)

Sharjah is the third largest city in UAE. Different from Dubai, the local culture / atmosphere is still rich in every corner.

For example, the Blue Souq still maintains it's original Arabic exterior and interior even it has become the most popular shopping mall as well as the tourism spot in the city.  Besides, it is said the shopping mall was transformed from a train station.



















The mall consists of 2 2-story buildings in classic Arabic style. 

















In the shopping mall, you can find numerous kinds of souvenirs, including carpet, scarf, accessories made in gold / silver, decorations, etc.






















Even the ceiling is well decorated.
